We stayed at this place for a month and felt like at home. The apartment is in a great location close to all the amenities and yet tacked out of the way so you feel like you're almost in a jungle with trees, plants and birds. Sebastian is a great host, with super communication, respectful of our privacy, any issues were resolved very quickly.

Gostamos muito do imóvel , como um todo e da forma como fomos recebidos. Fica num bairro excelente, muito privilegiado e acesso à shopping center, supermercado, que dá para ir a pé. Foi uma ótima escolha. Ficamos muito satisfeitos.

Sebastian’s place is there perfect home-away-from-home! As a solo traveler I always felt safe here and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Sebastian was so accommodating when my travel plans were delayed, and very responsive to any questions I had. Great location in a quiet area of town but with plenty to do within walking distance! Other attractions were a short taxi/Uber away.
