Liam met us even though we were very late with delays. He had coffee and creamer and a bottle of wine waiting for us which was such a nice touch. The place was extremely clean.

Amazing Jazz Fest location! Liam was SUPER accommodating, allowing us to check in early and left us beers and a bottle of wine! Value can’t be beat during festival time. Thanks again Liam!

wonderful place to stay! the location is great, the home was way more spacious than it looks in the pictures. the bed was amazing! there's a turntable with lots of cool albums! onsite parking is available. also the host has two bikes available to use. the host was available and answered any of our questions quickly. check in was a breeze. we hope to stay here many more times in the future!

The best thing about this place was the fact it was close to everything. Liam himself was very nice and very accommodating. However, I was not happy how things went. The moment we made it to the home my boyfriend noticed Liam looking in our car for reasons we don’t know. He didn’t tell us ahead of time the the guest home was so close to the main house literally sharing a door. We also had no idea he had a dog until we arrived “it didn’t smell like dog 🙌🏾. There’s no entertainment within the home meaning there wasn’t a tv and the WiFi on property was nonexistent we constantly had connection issues. We hardly could use our phones in the house. On arriving we notice the house was just cleaned but noticed that one of the pillows had mold on it. The bed itself is not made for two people to lay on. We had no control of the a/c which was hard because it’s very cold in the home. Overall it was fine but definitely not worth the money we were charged I’m sure it was because it was Mardi Gras but still felt like we got hustled.
