We loved this condo. We had everything we needed. The balcony is amazing. The condo is spacious the beds and pillows are comfortable!

If your main concern is proximity to the beach, the view, etc, this is the place for you. I could watch the waves from the bed! The condo is a good size, not crowded for our party of 6. It has the basic things you’ll need, though not the “extras”I feel like I’ve had when renting from individual owners rather than a company. Check in and out were very simple and all the descriptions and instructions were clear. The condo could use some updates. The carpet needs attention for sure. However, for the price, my main concern is being on the beach with a pool and that was perfect! The beach service chairs and umbrella were great too. Overall, great stay! I’d like to own a condo in that building.

Summerlin 503 was a great vacation condo. Literally on the beach which made having multiple beach trips more than convenient. We brought a beach wagon which ended up staying in the car due to steps getting to and from the beach (something we didn’t even think about). Due to location, it wasn’t needed either so save yourself the money/room in your vehicle. Condo was clean, cozy and had necessary cooking utensils. We are already talking about our next trip and would stay here again.

Wonderful location. Highly recommend this condo. The views are spectacular and the access to beach and pool are ideal. We will definitely go again.
