Nik was a great host. He met us at the door as we were receiving the keys. Answered any questions that we had before the trip quickly. Has a fully loaded kitchen which made it easy to cook when we were there. This place was very clean when we walked in. Will definitely use again when I visit Boston!

My group of 7 stayed at Nik's place for the weekend and there was more than enough room. We were only home in the early morning and late evening. The amenities could use updating/repairs, like the microwave for instance. The handle was lose and we were afraid we'd accidently yank it off. Also the first attic bedroom door wouldn't shut because the bottom hinge was broken. Some windows in the living room would not stay open. We had a plumbing issue where the bathroom sink and the shower would fill up with water and take forever to drain. We used the kitchen sink for handwashing and brushing our teeth. Luckily, we were at the end of our trip when the shower water didn't drain at all. We told Nik and he said he was working on getting a plumber. Having extra bedsheets/blankets/pillow cases on hand would have been nice. The space is in an excellent location, it just needs some major upgrades and repairs and I think it can be more of a hit! The nook with the games/books was cool!

My family of 4 had a great time. The kids loved the attic bedrooms and I loved the reading nook. Fantastic location within walking distance to the train, beach, and restaurants.

Nik was very responsive, and the home was as posted. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling to this location.
