Villa Muriwai is a wonderful holiday property with a private pool, located in a quiet area of Armação de Pera but a short drive from all amenities. This beautiful villa sleeps 8+1 people and has 3 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and 2 on the first floor (one with a double bed and another with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds). There are also 3 bathrooms: one on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor (one en-suite). The living room is bright and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. There is also direct access to the BBQ and outside dining area. Outside you’ll find the inviting pool area with a heatable pool (as an optional extra), well kept gardens and peaceful views, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The property is located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra and just a short drive from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. The local market is located just a 10 minutes drive where you can find great fresh produce, as well as beautiful beaches (also a 10 minutes). Car hire is recommended , especially if you want to discover more of the Algarve. Should you wish to hire a car or bring your own, parking spaces are provided within the boundaries of the property. Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
