The condo was spectacular. Right on the most beautiful beach possible, spacious and immaculate inside. It was truly a fantastic vacation.

We stayed for a week at the Dunes of Crystal Beach, condo 104 in Destin. Overall it was an incredible week. The condo was large and had amazing views. The bath towels and bedding were nice and most beds were comfortable. The twin beds had significant dips in them and were very squeaky. Also, the room with the two twin beds does not have a closet or space for hanging clothes. Overall, the condo was clean in the bedrooms and bathrooms but we ended up having to clean the common areas. The arms on the bar stools were sticky and disgusting, there were booger looking things on the wall behind the couch, the couch was filthy and hadn’t been vacuumed. Overall the furnishings were good with the exception of the couch, the couch was not comfortable and very worn. The beach service was amazing and the beach attendant was so friendly and helpful! The deck is massive and we spent a lot of time on it. It was also nice having the sliders open up so that the ocean breeze could blow in. Southern Rentals was very responsive but at times lacked customer service or friendliness. Also, compared to other Airbnb’s that we’ve rented, this condo came with very minimal items to get us started and no “special touches” to welcome us. When spending over four thousand dollars on a week rental, we’ve definitely had better accommodations with more flexibility, more friendly interactions and added extras that just make a vacation feel that much more special than we did with Southern Vacation Rentals.

We loved staying here! The place is spacious, our group of 6 friends stayed comfortably. Location is great too. And the balcony faces directly towards the ocean, the view is just otherworldly!
