Lovely place and great value. Caner was a great host, quick to respond and willing to help. One thing I would add is that it is relatively remote so a car may be helpful to effectively visit local areas.

Caner is very friendly and the communication both in English and Turkish was quick and smooth. He waited for us at the house after we were running a bit late, and gave us a nice tour of the place. In the house there were some new soaps, dishwasher pills, and some fresh water/soda in the fridge. Caner is a trustworthy host and I am looking forward to book with him again. Thanks so much! The place itself is amazing, full privacy and very quiet. The closest neighbours you will have is a very friendly donkey and some cute cats. The Villas are pretty big, with 2 big separated houses, a decent pool and a beautiful wild yard. The view from the terrace is amazing. Perfect for 2 or 3 couples. The places was tidy, clean and we did not suffer from bugs inside the house (just keep the outside doors closed) the mosquito nets in front of all the windows make sure you will sleep in a bug free place. Despite it's quiet location it is not far from places like Fethiye and Oludeniz. Lots of beautiful restaurants and beaches are around, if you like quiet beaches or party beaches: there is something for everyone. We had a great time!!

Great place in a remote village; the hosts are friendly and helpful. The house is clean in fact the pool is cleaned every morning.

We had a fantastic stay, the house is even lovelier in person than in the pictures. The pool was refreshing and clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had every utensil you could dream of needing. Caner was a very gracious host who was available for us at any time of the day. Only down side of this house is that it is at an uphill distance from the nearest bus stand, it takes about 20 minutes to walk down to the city center. However, taxis are readily available so coming to and from the house was never an issue for us. We throughly enjoyed our stay and loved the house, we wish we could have stayed longer.
