Todd's place is a very nice, well appointed private home located in Chino Valley close to restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. Also very close to Guniste where I was attending a class. All appliances work, very clean and comfortable. Todd is easy to work with and the home is a good value. Will stay there every time I attend a class at Gunsite.

Todd and Donna are amazing hosts! They are the e best host ever, I couldn’t find words to describe how friendly and communicative they are. They will meet you in person and let you know how everything works. We had a great conversation regarding travel. The house booklet has everything you need to know about the guesthouse, and the house is designed and built by them, it is extremely clean and you got everything you need. The location of the house is great, and super quiet. You will be amazed by the night sky you can observe there. It is so dark that you can see a ton of stars. You won't feel cold because of the pellet stove, it is very warm and it won't have any noise at all. The location of the house is great, we spent 4 days there and we visited the Grand Canyon National Park(2 hours drive), some national monuments around, and the old mining town, Jerome. I enjoy everything there and 100% recommend this place!

Absolutely a gem of a rental, especially if you are attending a Gunsite class. The hosts are friendly and helpful, the guest house is clean and well equipped, and the neighborhood is lovely and friendly. There is a grocery store about 3 minutes away, and it was less than 20 minutes to Gunsite. If you stayed closer to Gunsite, you still would have had to drive back to Chino Valley to go to the store. We managed to lock ourselves out of our rental car and our hosts could not have been more helpful and gracious. We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful and welcoming environment. Very transparent directions to the locations and clear list of amenities available to us while we were there. Very cute and cozy cottage perfect for our stay it was beautiful inside and out. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning.
