Welcome to our little piece of Ragladise! Enjoy the bush and the snippet of sea views. You'll enjoy the quiet, private location. This quirky small home has everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one. The apartment is on the lower level of the house next to the pottery studio (we live upstairs) and faces north into the bush with lovely afternoon sun. There is one large bedroom, plus one small room with single bed if needed. All double glazed to beat the summer heat during the day and keep you toasty in winter. The apartment has lovely afternoon and eventing sun. There's tons of native bird life to sit and watch too. We stock you with all of the basics, including toilet paper, tea, local coffee and fresh milk, towels extra blankets etc. We're a couple of minutes drive from the point breaks, and a you can walk to the beach (Ngaranui) via the sheltered bush track in 30 minutes, or drive there in 1 minute. You can even find your way via the track to Solscape for the sauna if you're a navigation genius. I work in the pottery studio next door, you are welcome to book classes while you're here, or sort out a longer residency style stay, Id love to have you! Just message me here, or via Bing Ceramics. Please note, we live upstairs, and are renting this out while our tennant does his OE. We try to be very respectful of noise for you, and have done a significant amount of soundproofing, but let us know if theres any noise. You have your own seperate entrance, but share the washing machine if you need it. Overall, its a very private space. *Please also note, the toilet is a composting toilet, albeit a high tech one.
