We really enjoyed our stay at Sokreth's place. The unit was clean, had a nice new grill to use, and the parking situation was fantastic.

Incredible 3 floor space. We had a large group and rented the entire house. It was the perfect space for our party and the house had every amenity you could ask for. The snacks were on point and the beds were so comfortable. We were so impressed.

Sokreth was such a gracious and accomodating host. He let us check-in early, check-out late, and even let us store our bags while we explored Portland before our flights. Both units are tastefully decorated, had great A/C, and were stocked with snacks and coffee. The only things I'll say are that one of the king bedrooms was advertised as having one king bed and two other beds in the room, but there was only one other bed in addition to the king bed in the room. Also, one of my friends staying at the units got locked out because the bottom lock of one of the units locks from the inside and cannot be unlocked from the outside. Other than those two hiccups, the place was a great value and in a great location (quiet, but walking distance from many parts of downtown).

Great location. Matches description and able to house 10 guys very comfortably for a bachelor party. Sokreth was very responsive and had a lot of amenities stocked. Had a great time in Portland!
