Williams place is very affordable which makes it a nice place to stay. The room was clean and large and the outdoor grass space was very nice to spend time when the weather was good. The road was very noisy and woke us up through the night and the room is connected to another room which you can hear the other person. The kitchen was unclean although large. Thank you William.

William was a great host. Really good communication at all times. The place was perfect, lovely big room and really clean house. Great value.

William is a very helpful host, responses quickly and helpfully to my questions, despite not being around very often. House is very clean, even though it is shared with three other rooms of people. One is directly next to this room with thin walls, so noise at night needs to be avoided. Location: The place is only 10~20mins walk to the train station, and all junctions along the way either quiet or signalized, so walking is easy. Alternatively there’s a bus stop right outside with fairly frequent service, so it’s easy to go to the trains station and the Monash Uni. Noise: The window of the room is directly facing a very wide arterial road with lots of traffic (with only a fence in-between), so it can get quite noisy, even at night. Also occasionally (about once a week or so) trucks would honk and it may come as a surprise. Closing the window helps, but you may not wish to do that in a hot summer afternoon. If you can stand the noise, however, this place has GREAT value for money!

Not a bad place! The room was amazing, although the house itself is a bit worn down. You’ll be living with other guests as well.
