The accommodation is situated in a newly built family house, surrounded by mountains and small lakes near the spa town of Karlovy Vary. The apartment has its own entrance and is fully furnished for short and medium term recreational or business stays of 2 to 3 persons, including bed linen and post-cleaning. It takes only 15 minutes by car to the center of Karlovy Vary to reach the Thermal Hotel, 18 minutes by public transport plus 10 minutes by walk. It is very beautiful here at any time of the year! Within walking distance (about half an hour) are the beautiful Swan Lake, an apiary and a natural beer spa with a restaurant and its own brewery. In close proximity are endless forests, meadows and many small lakes. The area is popular for hiking and cycling. In the winter months, nearby ski resorts offer you hundreds of kilometers of groomed cross-country trails, slopes and lifts. The new ski resort of Plesivec is only 13 km away. You can also visit the fabulous Frantiskovy or Marianske Lazne. Prague is 120 km from the house
