Beautiful home, even better looking in person. Perfect stay for us with our fur baby. The large backyard doesn't have any grass, but our dog didn't care. Plus, there's a huge park a few small blocks away next to a couple museums. Also walking distance or super short drive to Old Town. Bonus for us was using the Steinway piano. Fyi we visited at the end of December and our car's windshield iced over the first night, so we parked in the detached garage every night after.

Loved staying at this gorgeous residence in ABQ. An ideal, modern, quiet retreat in the middle of Albuquerque, perfect for my long term work stay. Thank you, Kim, for sharing your beautiful home with me. Highly recommend.

Thanks Kim for being an excellent host. We stayed at Kim's place for an entire month and everything was as smooth as it could possible be. The place is modern and well designed, they even had a piano there which I was able to learn a thing or two. :) Thanks!

The perfect home in the perfect location. Saw Mill district, museums, and Old Town literally just down the street. Kim was the perfect host!

Great place! Kim was very accommodating and helpful. Tiguex Park is a five minute walk, and we were there everyday. Old town is great. And I have to say, being from Texas we didn't think we would find Mexican food that could compare. We were wrong. Cocina Azul, which is right around the block, was rock solid! Amazing food! Highly recommend Kim's place, and Cocina Azul!!!
