Kat's responsiveness was excellent. Embraced the described character of the property during our stay. Has modern bathrooms but for the price, linens could've been included. It was mostly raining throughout our stay so didn't get to use the pool, but indoor entertainment area/options were enough. Overall, we liked our stay, but we feel these could be improved: beds comfort, dim lighting, and privacy concerns due to lack of curtains in living area.

The communication with Kat (host) was top-notch. She was friendly and responsive and provided all the details we needed to have a smooth check in and also during our stay. The property has all the amenities as per the listing but it would be nice to have heaters in the bedrooms in winter season and to have linen provided in the price we paid for this property. But overall it is perfect for a large group and we all enjoyed!

Awesome place to stay, particularly for large groups. bedding setup was great and the large expansive living areas had great entertainment and lots of places to spread out and relax. Kat was friendly and responsive, we had a great stay

Kat was very easy to deal with and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house is perfect for groups and only 5min away from the front beach.

Be warned under no circumstance would I recommend this place it was nothing like the photos , was so run down and dangerous The pool Ladder was broken with sharp edges sticking out the pool was filthy and leaking half the copping tile around the pool was broken and collapsing the water drained too nothing after 2 days and now the owner is trying to charge me $1500 to fix the pool when it’s that dangerous It shouldn’t even be used , was not giving a key to the residence and was told they just leave the place unlocked also the place was not cleaned properly before we got there With broken glass everywhere I even cut my foot . Overall worst place I have stayed in and the owner is even worse trying to rip me off Was told the day before I had to pay $525 cash given to her on arrival for bedding linen which i didn’t know anything about, I now know that is against air bnb conditions
