Convenient location and equipped all basic utilities. But most of them are old and need maintenance. Heater and cooktop were out of function, a temporary mobile heater and cooktop were provided for basic need. Broken down from few hours to whoke day) of wifi few times (during my 6-week stay) highly affected my Zoom meeting. Lastly, a whole night power outage in a 1°C night was terrible!

Dorian and Artur are excellent hosts - very helpful, and accommodating, this place is nice and clean and convenient to downtown, subway, and bus. Also a short walk to Church Village which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for the warm welcome to Toronto!

A casa era formidável, equipada e bem localizada, próximo ao metrô e o mercado. O Dorian foi muito atencioso conosco e nos respondia rapidamente qualquer dúvida que tínhamos. Eu e minha esposa gostamos muito de nossa estada lá.

The place was nice and clean. The check-in process was simple easy. The apartment had all the amenities you need for a long stay (dishes, pots, pans, etc). The place also had some starter amenities like toilet paper and soap etc.
