Never spoke to host on listing-Gabriel. Roku remote was out of batteries but host delivered new ones within 30 mins. Once we were able to access the device, we discovered that the Wi-Fi was not working. Host was responsive and gave instructions on resetting the router but it did not work after several attempts. Host then asked if we would be willing to talk to her service provider over the phone the next day but we had a packed schedule during our short stay and were unable to accommodate that. We had no Wi-Fi, no tv (especially upsetting to my toddler), and the neighbors were noisy up until about midnight, the fan over the stove constantly rattled cause of the wind (also especially upsetting to my toddler while trying to sleep at night), and shower was not properly cleaned prior to our stay.
