Victor is an amazing host (quick response time, friendly and easy to communicate with). The apartment is exactly shown as in the photos - it’s newly renovated with chic design, cozy space, clean, has elevator, centrally located (5-minutes walk to metro, grocery, lots of cafés and restaurants nearby for convenience). I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend, thank you Victor!

I really enjoyed staying here. It was small but had everything we needed and comfortable. Perfect location, close to everything. Very walkable. Wi-Fi was amazing for remote working. Also was able to secure a later check out. Would certainly stay again.

My stay at Victor’s Air BnB was top level. From the friendly welcome to his stellar list of local recommendations I could not imagine a better stay in Paris. Victor is responsive and extremely helpful, communicative and accommodating as a host, and the place itself is a gem. Lovely views on the top floor, and with the benefit of an elevator, it is a very quiet atmosphere that feels worlds away from the wonderful neighbourhood below. Whether you are in the mood to socialise or relax, it’s the best of both worlds. If you are looking to experience the best of the 1st éme, look no further.

Victor’s house is very nice. It is a little bit small, but it is not a problem. Everything is well-set and clean (almost new). It takes just 5-7minutes to the louvre museum by walk and is very close to big spots like a tuileries garden, orsay museum etc. It is easy to cross the seine river through the bridges. I recommend his house if you have a plan to stay in paris!
