This is double-story town home located in the heart of Yuma. We have everything to make your stay comfortable. We have three bed rooms, all located on the second floor convenient for five people to sleep. We have fully equipped kitchen, dining area. Living area has sofa with television and Wifi. The neighborhood is located in a quiet residential area. There are two reserved, covered car port parking spots located behind the unit and is free. Wifi with Roku and Netflix Guest will have access to the entire house using Nest key pad.

Everything was fantastic! Gouri was super friendly and always there to answer questions. The house is wonderful and super cozy. We felt right at home here. We even had access to the pool which of course the kid had to get in. Thank you Gouri for everything and helping make our vacay easy and relaxing!
