This is a fantastically positioned, two bedroom apartment with seaviews and just a few minutes walk to Boscombe Pier and miles of stunning, sandy award-winning beaches. Numerous cafés, bars, restaurants and shops nearby, all within easy walking distance. Perfect for two couples, a family or small group of friends. Just relax on the beach or take a stroll along the promenade in either direction breathing in all that clean and fresh sea air! You can actually walk, run or cycle for miles. SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM - Seaviews! - Exposed wooden floorboards - Comfortable velvet Sofa - Relaxing Hanging chair - Dining table and chairs - SMART TV and superfast WIFI LARGE MASTER BEDROOM - Hotel quality King-size bed with high thread-count bedding and four comfy pillows. - Large wardrobe with plenty of hangers and chest of drawers. BEDROOM TWO - Triple bunk which consists of one double bed below and single bed above, with soft high thread-count bedding and comfy pillows. NEWLY FITTED KITCHEN Fully equipped including - induction hob and electric oven - microwave - integrated dishwasher - washer dryer - fridge/ freezer - toaster and kettle - crockery, cutlery, glasses, saucepans and cooking utensils. Cafetière. BATHROOM This hotel style, newly fitted shower room has a large corner shower cubicle with both rain shower and handheld shower paddle, hand basin with storage drawer below, heated towel rail and WC. We also provide one bath towel for each guest, hand towels and bath mat, plenty of toilet paper, complimentary hand soap and shower gel. AMENITIES - TV and superfast WIFI - Iron and ironing board - Hairdryer - Travel cot with mattress for infants- (please note that bedding for travel cot not provided). - High Chair for little ones SAFETY FEATURES - Fire blanket - Smoke detector - First Aid kit - Gas free property (thus no Carbon monoxide detector needed). OTHER THINGS TO KNOW - Minimum two night booking - Parking space next to flat, suitable for a small car. No commercial vehicles allowed to park in car park. - Free on street parking. - Bath towels, hand towels and bath mat are all provided. (Beach towels are not, so please bring your own). - Check in time is from 3pm. - Check out by 11 am. - Strictly no smoking inside. There is a covered seating area available outside. We had a great stay in Tara’s apartment! It was clean and tidy, designed well with quality furnishings, and was in a brilliant location to explore the local area. Tara was extremely responsive, answering any queries we had promptly, and giving us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We would 100% recommend!

It was just perfect !We stayed for two nights with our kids and mum and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and place to stay . The house is at a fantastic location and beach is at walkable distance and one can catch glimpse of the sea from the house as well . Tara was very accommodating in allowing us early check in . House was super clean and not over stuffed allowing us to settle with our own things . We are already planning our next stay at Tara ‘s place and would highly recommend her place .

We had a great long weekend as a family of 5; our three children shared the triple bunk. We were out and about most of the time but it was a great base within easy walking distance to Boscombe beach. The property has a parking space right outside but with an SUV it was a bit tight for our comfort, especially if other cars were to park in the other spaces so we found on-street parking which was within an easy distance. The decor was really lovely and we enjoyed the smart TV in the evenings together. Great size fridge (and freezer) for plenty of drinks and picnic bits, a dishwasher; all a clean and modern finish. Great size main room with storage and blackout roller blinds, a comfy bed with lovely lighting. The bathroom is modern and clean, with good extractor and a towel rail that can be controlled to help dry towels which was very useful! Really friendly and proactive host - we would come again!

Within a few minutes walk to Boscombe Pier and the stunning Blue Flag golden sandy beaches of Bournemouth and Boscombe,
this is the ideal base for all of your beachside adventures!
There are so many delightful walks from this flat in all weathers. You can walk alongside the beach on the promenade for miles or stroll through the pretty Chine Gardens.
Boscombe Cliff Gardens is another lovely park to walk through and then you can continue along The Overcliff, with its spectacular views!
Recently voted the country’s best coastal resort, Bournemouth has plenty to offer from boutique shops and surfing to award-winning gardens and fine dining.
On the promenade at the beachfront close by, you can rent surfboards, Stand-Up-Paddleboards, kayaks and wetsuits. Lessons can also be booked for all levels and ages. By the beach there are free to use changing rooms with warm showers.
‘Beryl’ bikes and electric scooters are readily available to rent from various locations nearby.
You can have a lovely cycle along the flat promenade by the beach in either direction for miles, towards the stunning Sandbanks and also Hengistbury Head and Mudeford Spit in the opposite direction.
A number of great restaurants are all within a five minute walk from the apartment. Flamingo is a lovely restaurant within a few minutes walk for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner or drinks. Urban Reef is a bar/restaurant located on the promenade, close to Boscombe Pier and has amazing sea views with inside and outside tables.
The famous Chaplins pub/restaurant, also within close walking distance has live music/entertainment every night of the week!
There are plenty of local shops nearby in Boscombe town centre including a large Sainsbury’s supermarket within 5-10 mins walk.
This flat is also in a fantastic location for discovering
Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve.
This is a really beautiful area for lovely walks or cycling by the water and there are a couple of cafes here too. A scenic land train makes regular journeys from the cafe to the end of the spit, great fun for the little ones.
The beautiful New Forest with its quaint pubs and wild animals is only a 20 minute drive away.

- Plenty of buses available to all nearby areas from The Sovereign Shopping Centre, a five minutes walk away.
-15 mins in taxi to Bournemouth airport, 45 mins to Southampton airport.
- Parking space next to flat. This is suitable for a smaller car. Larger cars may need to use the free on street parking.
