The interaction with the host was very professional and responsive. We appreciate the proactive instructions, and the flexibility of the facility was very suitable for our group of 12 people. We had a very comfortable stay and appreciate being able to have a place for all of us to be together.

There are only two reason why I gave 4’s for a couple of things. We rented out both of the units were extremely lovely. Amazing host by the way, very communicative! When we first arrived we were able to get into one unit but not the other. Our host easily figured that out and got us in! Our only other problem was that in one of the units a mishap did happen, to no fault of the host, accidents happen. The host took care of it to the best of her availability, but always kept me informed about what was happening. After that one problem was fixed another one happened that was again out of our host’s hands but again she got it taken care of. A lot of back and forth but our host kept up communication and our stay was really fun. We all enjoyed our time there! We had 10 of us going and rented out both units and it fit us perfectly!

This worked well for our family of 8 adults and 4 kids. We shared the two cooking spaces and were able to cook easily in the well equipped kitchens. Air conditioners meant good nights sleep and the outdoor space was great for our little ones to burn off steam. Enjoyed the tennis and pickle ball courts just down the road … nice neighbourhood … clean and safe and nice houses so felt like we were in a good area. The response when we had a little glitch with one of our check in door codes was quick and helpful and things were immediately remedied. We would recommend
