Jesse’s place is great and clean and exactly what was shown. It’s was Columbus that was below par. The area look nice but was not the safest area in Columbus.

Awesome space at river and rich. Walking distance to a few breweries in the area and downtown. Clean, tidy, and quiet considering the area. All amenities were provided and the host is extremely responsive.

Jesse and his lovely wife were amazing hosts! River and Rich is just the cutest building and the amenities were great as well. During these trying times/covid, they respect the health regulations in the buildings, gym and pool, so that was very comforting! We also loved One line coffee right downstairs. Spent a lot of time there for work. Staff was amazing and loved the open space and amazing coffee, beer and wine choices. We had all the amenities of a hotel with the convenience of an airbnb! Just fabulous! :) Jesse was very attentive and responded to any inquiries in minutes. I will 100% be booking with Jesse again! You should too!

I've stayed in Airbnbs all over the country and none have been as accommodating as this one. Jesse went above and beyond any of my former hosts to assure my stay was a success. The location is amazing with plenty of parking spots, (even if you're horrible at parallel parking) don't worry about it, you'll find a space in no time. Within a 2 min walk in any direction, you have coffee, bars, breweries even a food truck that offered some if not the best smoked BBQ I've ever had. You're minutes from the North Market where the food continues to impress, anything you're looking for they have it. Great place to stay if you have any event planned for the convention center. The building itself is beautiful,the room is ultra modern and completely out classes any local hotel room. The bed was like a cloud, the shower like a summer rain. If you ever come to Columbus this is where you need to stay.
