The positives: I had to move my dates at the last minute and Paul was very accommodating in moving my reservation without additional charges which is very much appreciated. However some constructive feedback: The cleanliness of our room was sub par. There was what appeared to be bodily fluid on the bed comforter -(When I messaged Paul about this it was replaced immediately) a couple of the blankets also had stains. Beds were super sacked out and you could feel springs in your back , dishes were in the cabinet but they were not cleaned properly- I don’t want to sound like some kind of clean freak but I have stayed in AirBnB’s all over the world and this one was not up to standard for cleanliness or value.

Great location, well equipped apartment, warms up really quickly in the winter. The restaurant on site was excellent - definitely recommend checking it out if staying here!

Great location for Mt Hutt skiing and methven amenities. A bit pricey for what you get.
