Sarah was welcoming, responded quickly to messages and was very chilled. The house is ideal for big group stays for birthdays and hens. The kitchen is very well equiped and ideal for a fun get together. Its a very well built house and our constant kareoke didnt seem to bother anyone 😂 Think noise is quite welt contained! You cant hear a thing from the top floor from the bottom. Gorgeous decor and comfy beds. Three bathrooms and lots of mirrors which was ideal for a group girls. Great areas for eating and entertaining.

We met as a large family group and had the most wonderful time at Austen House, so many thoughtful touches, we had everything we needed, Sarah was really quick to answer any queries we had when booking etc would highly recommend to anyone!

Sarah’s house is absolutely stunning! It captures the feel of the surrounding Cotswold area yet has all the modern touches you need. It’s beautifully decorated, has ample sleeping, eating and relaxing space and is very well-equipped with everything you need for a great stay. It’s close to both nature-based activities as well as being within 30 mins of Bristol city centre. Sarah was super helpful with our booking, check-in times and process so really grateful for that. A great find and would absolutely book again.

Sarah’s place was perfect for my sister’s hen do, very sociable downstairs layout, well equipped kitchen, decent bedrooms and comfy beds including the trundles. And three showers which was great! Sarah was very quick to respond to a couple of messages over the weekend, would definitely recommend.

We had the best stay in the amazing property! Sarah the host was friendly and laid back - very flexible with our check in and the house manual answered all our questions. Amazingly well resourced, everything you could possibly need for a big group! I would definitely come back to stay again!
