We had a great family lake weekend at this beautiful property. Loved the lake views, the amazing deck, the hot tub, paddle boards, and fire pit. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, the lily-pad, and the basement chill-out zone. We also rented a pontoon in nearby Perham...Public access was right down the road and easy! The place is quiet, private, and had plenty of space for 11 of us...Made meals in the well-appointed kitchen and enjoyed the lake-side pizza place. Jennifer was an excellent host...Welcomed us with treats, provided helpful instructions/recommendations, and was immediately responsive to our questions before and during our stay. One of those places that it was hard to leave!

Jennifer’s home was the perfect spot for my family to spend a long weekend. We had 6 adults and 2 kids sleep there with another family joined during the day. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, we still had fun playing in the water with the SUP boards and the lily pad. We also enjoyed nightly bonfires, the hot tub, outside games, and many meals on the lovely deck. When the rain arrived, we enjoyed playing games inside. Jennifer checked in on us periodically and quickly responded to any questions we had. Her home was beautiful, and we all had plenty of space to sprawl out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. I also brought my dog who probably had the best time running around the yard and playing in the lake.

This is a beautiful property. Jennifer met us at the property to explain everything and she was very accommodating and was available at all times for questions via cell phone. She offered food items in the pantry if we needed them (Spices, etc.) The bathrooms were good sized, and the bedrooms were well accommodating. One item to note, two of the bedrooms had two beds (queen and full), the master bedroom had a King-sized bed and an en suite. The remaining bed was a couch sleeper that had a queen-sized bed in the formal living room which would limit privacy for some. It worked perfectly for us though. We really enjoyed the outdoor activities playing corn hole, we went into the hot tub, we enjoyed the fire pit and stand-up paddle boards. There is an abundance of seating, and it is beautifully lit and landscaped. We had eight people in the house, and it was very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the main floor and outside. We really had a great time, and we would recommend the house.
