The location is great, very peaceful and beautiful, right by the park. The hotel is also very nice - clean and cozy. Great value for the price.

La chambre était lavé tous les jours et les draps changés, mais malheureusement nous avions une souris dans la chambre. Nous avons voulu prévenir la réception mais il n’y avait jamais personne et je leur ai envoyé des messages sans avoir aucune réponse de leur part. Dommage

First, while I had a hard time getting into the room, it should be said that the people who assisted me with the snafu via phone were very helpful. That said, as the person I spoke to said, the electronics do not always work. So I had to be lead to an 'old fashioned' key. In general this is a fabulous location - parks, iconic bookstore not far off, old and new restaurants, bakeries and bars - in a fabulous part of the world. I'd stay again. I will say that when tech (streamlining entrance, if lessening human interaction) goes awry it can seem the old fashioned key might be best from the get-go. Still, a great place.
