La villa de style contemporain est totalement conforme aux photos, confortable et bien équipée. La vue sur la Méditerranée et les îles est à couper le souffle. Étonnamment, bien que le tissu urbain soit très dense au Rayol, on ne voit aucune maison, aucun toit, juste la végétation, la mer et le soir de belles lumières au coucher du soleil. Seul bémol : le wifi ne fonctionnait pas mais cela venait d’Orange et le propriétaire a fait le maximum pour régler le problème. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette belle villa et nous reviendrons certainement.

We loved staying here. This is an amazingly beautiful modern house with lots of room and great views. Incredible views from the infinity pool. The house is modern, very large, and clean. The hosts and immediate contacts were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Long driveway for parking. The house is on a hillside, so walking down to the beach is great for exercise. Close to a small town with many restaurants, cafes, groceries, butcher, and wine stores.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Lovely home and location - pictures are accurate and in fact it is even better when you get there. Nikolaus and concierge Christian were very helpful and nice. Highly recommend staying here. I also liked the location a lot - the town and nearby towns are great and not touristy.

The property and surroundings match the description. The location is magnificent, the property was in pristine condition. The amenities did not match the description: we encountered a non-functioning WiFi, compounded by a lack of adequate cellular service. A few of us had to work remotely during this trip and unfortunately we had to find alternate solutions in a crunch. Though not critical, cable TV and streaming services were also not useable, making it difficult to entertain kids in the evening hours. The host knew about these issues ahead of time and did not alert us of them, nor did they offer alternate solutions (local venues where one could use WiFi). Moreover, the responses from the "concierge" who lives on the property were less than savory. The privacy was also compromised as the concierge lives on the property itself. For this caliber/category of a property, we felt short-changed. For someone looking to completely disconnect from the world, the property may fit the bill.

This is the nicest home we have stayed in 7 years. The property is well designed and perfectly maintained. Christiane was a delightful concierge, who helped us with any questions and also made some recommendations about the surrounding area. The views are unbelievable and better than the photos online. The home had comfy beds and a designed high end kitchen. Will put this one on the stay again list….
