No começo tivemos alguns problemas na casa, porém foi resolvido rapidamente, eu e minha família nos sentimos em casa com a acomodação, único problema que todos os dias tinha um mal cheiro no prédio Recomendo a casa para caso você for viajar em família.

A great apartment with a very convenient suburban MRT subway stop just downstairs. Very new condition apartment with three rooms and well outfitted with tons of storage. High-end LG washer dryer saves you a lot of time along with a large refrigerator. Nice hosts who are always friendly. Family Mart downstairs is quite convenient for paying bills and there is a huge and excellent municipal pool & gym about 5 minutes away which costs like $1.60 per visit with no membership required. Apartment complex also has its own gym with a full cable machine but no free weights.

A great second home in Taipei with a super responsive and welcoming host! A spacious, comfortable apartment in a likewise spacious and luxurious serviced compound. We particularly enjoyed the amazing river view of Guandu Bridge all the way out to Tamsui, framed on both sides by the Yangming and Guanyin mountains. If you look carefully from the kitchen window, you can even see the Taipei 101. While it is not in Taipei technically, but in New Taipei City, you will not notice due to the convenient MRT stop right in front of the compound. Plus, there are plenty of buses covering everything from Bali, Tamsui, and Shilin to Taipei Main Station and even Banqiao. The only downside is the rather over-regulated facility management at the site. You need to book a timeslot for everything including the gym and pool, which was a bit unexpected and took away some flexibility. Also, the playground was closed for maintenance throughout our stay, which the kids didn't like.

Had a great stay in luzhou! Super convenient (as others mentioned) close to many bus lines and the MRT. Meisue was very responsive on LINE and checked in often to see how our stay was going. We didn't use the gym or pool, but received instructions on how to use it. My kid had a lot of fun using the playground and ate many meals out on the benches.

The host is friendly, proactive and very responsive. Flexible check-in and check-out time were a great help to us as we had an early arrival and a late departure. Metro Station is right downstairs, which can take us anywhere in Taipei city. The unit is clean, with a great view over a river, just as described.
