Beautiful house. A lot of stairs without railings as seen in the photos so it was a bit dangerous for our younger children. Plenty of bath towels and toiletries. House did not have air conditioning in the common areas- only in the bedrooms.

This was a family trip, we were in town for a family wedding celebration. Pros: -house is very big and spacious -great location, lots of restaurants around and within walking distance -has a kitchen, enough bathrooms and plenty of space to hang out. - bedrooms were clean and bed comfy - Arturo is the property manager, super nice really helpful. He did his best to have everything clean and ready for our arrival. We communicated through WhatsApp 👌 Cons: - we did find roaches and little ants in the house - the furniture was very dirty, you could see how dirty/stained the couches were. - all toilet seats were very loose, home needs maintenance in general - one of the toilets didn't work, it was leaking from the bottom, we just didn't use that bathroom. We let the owner know and she responded super fast. which is a plus. - there is an old man that lives in like the basement of the home, we didn't see him come out but that's kind of weird. - there is also a man that lives like in an apartment that slits out of the house which is also kind of weird. The entrance to his apartment is inside the garage and the kitchen has a door and on the other side of that door is the kitchen portion for that person. We also didn't see him until we were leaving, he just said have a safe trip 😅 I would totally recommend this house and would stay there again but it does need maintenance and to get the furniture cleaned for sure.
