洗澡下不去水，整个水都灌满了卫生间，翻开塞子后发现女士的长发像个毛线团堵在管道，非常恶心。客厅地毯藏的不像话。周边没有大的超市，买不到酒，五点以后开着的餐厅只有一间…不便利

One of the nicest places we have stayed. Mark was super friendly and responsive- checked in to make sure we were comfortable and answered messages about area mid way through stay. Will definitely stay again on our next trip!

Mark was a fantastic host! He was communicative, friendly and provided clear instructions on what to do upon entering and exiting. I stayed at Mark’s place with my family and we all enjoyed it immensely. Would highly recommend staying at Mark’s place especially if you are wanting to stay on St. Kilda or are attending any events at Albert Park, or want to stay a little outside the CBD. There are lots of tram lines that go directly to the city center and you never have to wait long. Hope to visit again soon. Thank you again, Mark!

We enjoyed our stay in Mark’s apartment very much. It is in a great area with trams on the doorstep and nearby shops and restaurants. Mark communicated very well so our arrival and departure was very easy. We had everything we needed in the apartment and enjoyed the great facilities in the building. We would be happy to stay in Mark’s apartment again.

The apartment is in the perfect location between St. Kilda, South Melbourne, the CBD & South Yarra. Great public transport just out the front and a very private and peaceful outlook to enjoy. The apartment was a great size for four adults, 2 bathrooms a bonus. The kitchen was appropriate, but no cooking was done…too many good restaurants to explore. Appliances were of a good quality and worked well. Parking on site was good and street parking also convenient, easy to source & relatively cheap. We would highly recommend and visit again.
