It’s a great flat with a stunning view of the sea. No complaints about that. However it said on Air BnB website that it had a cot and high chair. Yes there was a cot but there was no high chair. I had sent a message via Air BnB about high chair but got no response; all I got was automated emails with instructions on how to get in. Eventually I discovered that you have to request those things when you book. That was NOT clear. I rang the number of the housekeeper. She wasn’t able to come and unlock the cupboard with the high chair in so our 18 month old ate from her pram for the duration of our stay.

Very lovely accommodation. In prime position. Beds were very comfy. There was everything we needed for our 4 nights. Would stay there again. Also a plus point was having the parking right outside the door. Thankyou.

Great flat perfect for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 preschool children). Nice location- short walk to cafes, shops, pubs/restaurants and lots to see & do nearby. Only criticism not the fault of AirBnB host but lots of closed roads on the island which can make it difficult to get around/into/out of Ventnor

Bel appartement, conforme aux photos, bien équipé, situé au premier étage, avec escalier assez raide et étroit. Jolie vue, proche des commerces, arrêt de bus à 5mn à pied. Literie confortable. Géré par une agence, je n'ai eu aucun contact direct avec le propriétaire et/ou le gestionnaire, les instructions étaient écrites dans un classeur (que je n ai trouvé que le lendemain de mon arrivée...), donc ne pas s'attendre à des échanges avec les hôtes.

A really lovely apartment, in a fabulous location overlooking the sea. We had a great few days in Ventnor and the place had everything we needed. Especially appreciated the basket of toys and books for the children.
