We had a great time. Not a lot going on in town in early April, but the house was in a great location to easily walk to the shops and restaurants. We were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Dan responded very quickly when we needed his help with an issue and he resolved it that day. Would recommend and would stay again.

My family had a great time at Dan’s Cape Charles home! The location is super close to everything you need - walkable, or in our case, accessible by golf cart! The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a nice time spending the afternoons in the backyard or on the front porch. I would absolutely recommend staying in Dan‘s place to others during any season. Thank you so much!

Just got back from a long weekend at Palm Beach by the Bay, and cannot recommend enough! Dan's lovely house is exactly as pictured, with a very convenient location to Mason Ave and just a short walk or drive to the beach. The house has every amenity you could need, with plenty of space to relax and unwind both inside and outside in the large backyard. We had a small maintenance hiccup, but Dan was extremely responsive and had it fixed within hours. We highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future!

Dan's place is exactly as pictured. It is a beautiful house, great kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms were well laid out, the master is peacful and quiet. The other 2 bedrooms shar the 2nd uostairs bath and their is a powder room downstairs. The outdoor space in the backyard was wonderful for both kids and adults. I had coffee every morning on the front porch and greeted people going by on their morning walks. The house is walkable to everything Cape Charles has to offer and has outside charging if you want to rent a golf cart (Which we did). The place is really in pristine condition, but we found the kitchen faucet leaking during our stay. Dan was super proactive and had it fixed the same day and was so apologetic for the interruption to our stay--which it didn't at all! We still went out to lunch and hit the beach all before the plumber came and he was in and out in no time flat. I would highly recommend Dan's place, you won't be sorry. Great host, great house!!

Beautiful house with relaxing front porch and large backyard. We felt right at home. Loved all of the light and fun colors of the rooms. Large rooms and plenty of space to spread out. Thanks for being an amazing host!
