I absolutely loved my stay here at Ocean Club Maninoa. Frances is a great guy and is very friendly and helpful. The beach directly in front of fale is stunning, and it is situated between two other resorts (Coconuts and Sinalei) that have organized events you can attend, such as fiafia nights. The fale is small but has everything you need: a comfy bed, a bathroom and shower, an air conditioner and a beautiful view from your private front porch. I am so happy I stayed here while vacationing in Samoa, as I felt it helped make my trip such a good time.

I was very disappointed with the service at Maninoa this time around we had cabin 1, we had booked number 3 cabin which is the one we wanted, we had paid more money than we should of so we were offered an upgrade to number 1 cabin as it has an portable aircon. Well I definitely didn’t get my moneys worth there. Cabin 1 is closest to the open fales also had a gazebo in-between, first day we arrived a function was booked there with 20+ people, our balcony chairs were taken, bbq right outside our door with loud music, had the guest in number 3 also annoyed with the noise, number 2 was vacant. We stayed there for 8 days, no changing of sheets, got new towels on day 7. Portable aircon constantly having to empty the water container never got told that till we woke up in the morning with a wet floor and our luggage wet. Thursday thru to Sunday very noisy when open fales booked wasn’t the relaxing holiday i was wanting, with my stressful job.

The charm of a simple fale combined with amenities such as aircon, fans, fridge and private toilet and well caring staff, who looked after us and brought us our meals to our private verandah overlooking the ocean ... thank you for looking so well after us
