This place is a total disgrace. We walked out immediately after the check in due to the unbearable smell of mold. The place is utterly dirty. The place is completely different from the pictures where it looks decent. My recommendation? Avoid at all costs. Tanja and her cleaning lady will act aggressively if you question them on how dirty, smelly and point out the TOTAL lack of maintenance. She will tell you that they have a lot of work so it is normal that the place is completely dirty from the ceiling to the floor. She then charges an enormous amount of money for a dump with yellow stains all over. She also defines that a “boutique apartment” but the only thing that reminds that definition is the price charged WITHOUT JUSTIFICATIONS. I am also sure she had a lot of guests walking out before as the way she replied to me looked very professional to avoid refund with the airbnb team. Which in this case didn’t work as I got the refund as she violated several hosts regulations. NO AND NO

La Citadella Residence is located in the best possible part of Baden, in my opinion. Tanja was an excellent host... Always answered fast and precisely. I'd defenetly recommend a stay in her place.

The host Tanja was awesome. She was very quick to reply to any requests or queries. The suite itself was amazing. Equipped with everything a guest could possibly need/want. Great location in Baden.
