I used to live in the area, so I was familiar with the location. However, I don’t think a normal woman traveling alone would feel comfortable there, even though my unit was behind a double -locked gate. The parking was in a dark alley behind a convenience store, so I felt a little nervous entering at night. If you are more than one person, however, it is great. However, this was a really nice unit, with an updated bathroom and kitchen. Alan was very responsive when I was fumbling with the locks.

Good value, and a large fenced backyard is a great bonus. Very convenient location with about 5 min walk to the La Hacienda fruit market and 10 min walk to the amazing Greynolds park.

This place was so private and quiet and it felt so like a home away from home. Alan was efficient and prompt on communication. Once available this will definitely be my stay in Miami.

Had a fantastic long term stay here! Everything was clean, modern, and the perfect amount of space. Extra linens were available and much appreciated. Shower is always hot and has excellent pressure. Backyard is fenced and private. Patio furniture for comfort. Stay was very peaceful! Never needed to call for a thing. Smooth sailing from check in to check out. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Clean and tidy space with everything we needed for our stay. Host was very proactive and helpful in answering all questions we had. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
