The place is spacious and lovely, but it could benefit from some renovation, especially in the kitchen area. The kitchen cabinets, bedroom door knobs, TV and karaoke machine require replacement, as we encountered difficulties with these. The water pressure in the bathrooms needs to be worked on also, particularly when multiple guests are showering. The outdoor bathrooms could be cleaner. During our stay, we observed that some people would pass by the walkway near the house, making it less private while swimming in the pool. It would be great to have more privacy. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed and the space is perfect for big families. The caretakers are also very polite and helpful.

Our stay at Uma Private Villa was SUPERB!!! It was beyond my expectations. The place looks bigger and better in person than the pictures. -Bernadette was helpful with all my inquiries before the check in, making sure all is prepared and all our requests are complete. I was so happy that she was flexible on some of the house rules, thus making our stay even more fun. -The caretaker, kuya Jeremy, greeted us warmly during check in and toured us around the place (a tour was needed cause it was really big 😊) He was also very accommodating of our last minute requests and didn't hesitate to help even if it was late at night. -THE PLACE! Clean and spacious. Comfy rooms and big beds too! The kitchen has everything we need. Function area was so huuuge it can house all of our guests! They offer lots of activities like volleybal, foosball, karaoke, and ofc, the pool with fountains! Sulit stay! Would def come back and maybe book 2 nights! ❤️

Our stay at this place was honestly great. The entire place was very clean with the given lists of essentials, there were countless things to do in the Airbnb that were available (karaoke, volleyball, basketball, swimming, etc). The host was even kind enough to provide an extra mattress and extra tv for our stay for no charge. The caretakers were always there when needed and made sure we had everything we needed. Not to mention the coffee shop that was right behind the place was an added bonus. Truly an amazing place to stay at if you want to have a family gathering. Well air-conditioned rooms, clean spaces, and very kind and responsive hosts. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time in this villa. The place is spacious enough for big gatherings. There's also a pool and trampoline for kids. They had all the amenities and stuff we need for our party. The host/owner is very accommodating and friendly. She's very considerate with our requests. We'll surely go back to this place. PS: There's also a coffee shop at the back of the villa and they have really good coffee :)
