Really enjoyed this place. Photos were accurate and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Hot tub was great! Will stay again.

The Bark House was our first vacation as a family and we couldnt have enjoyed it more. The house had a cozy feel with a beautiful, spacious back porch. The hot tub was a favorite among our 3 children, it was quite hard to keep them out of it. We visited Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, and Linville Falls on our stay and the location of the house to each place was no more than 15 mins, very convenient. I have already referred several people in my family to the Bark House and will continue to do so, the house, amenities, location, cleanliness, was more than we could've asked for. Thank you so much!

Absolutely fantastic stay nice and secluded off the back porch. House felt secure and neighbors were friendly. Host was great at communicating. If you are going to stay here make sure you get your access code before you show up because there is no cell service, that was one of my personal favorite things it is a great place to unplug and relax.

Cameron was very helpful assisting to retrieve something I left in the cabin. The jacuzzy works great and is the best asset in the cabin perhaps. All was clean and tidy. They left a chocolate to welcome us. Wifi was not slow but wasnot fast either to be Starlink. The only thing I missed was logs for the firepit, but all in all it was a short but nice stay. Thank you
