Iain and Anne were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Their place is on a peaceful street that is within comfortable walking distance to the main CBD (~30mins) and the lovely Clifton village (~5mins). There are bus stops close by too for easy access to other locations around the city. The room itself is quiet and private, with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The added bonus is of course the wonderful dog Zeb, who was always around to greet me at the front door!

I really had a good time with Iain and Anne, as well as with Gabriel, Phoebe and the lovely Zebedee (their little dog). I really had a good time in Bristol with them and I think this AirB&B is a great option to be accommodated with. In my case, I was there during some months for University and I had lots of facilities and a wonderful place to stay living. It is without hesitation that I recommend this accommodation, and I will miss this family so much :)

I had an excellent stay at Anne & Iain's place. I felt very comfortable, safe and at home here. Perfect mix of private and shared spaces. I enjoyed the short walk up to Clifton Village and to the Harbourside. They are friendly and welcoming hosts.
