Second year back! This place checks all the boxes and then some! It’s beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It has all the essentials you wouldn’t think of (flashlights by the front door, ice packs in the freezer, etc). Walkable to a playground for our two year old and so close to all the attractions. The host Ellen is always a pleasure to work with! Thanks again, we will definitely be back!

Ellen was absolutely amazing, from check-in to check-out! The house was immaculate and so adorable. The decor was beautiful and everything you needed was at your fingertips. Ellen was quick to respond and a delight to talk to. We will absolutely be back to visit this quaint house and town! Thank you so very much!

The Magnolia House and host Ellen exceeded our expectations. This is a perfect home for anyone visiting the Mystic area with a family whether you want a cozy night in or want to get about and explore. The layout was extremely well designed with attention to detail, impeccably clean/neat, and made us feel right at home. The surrounding area has lots to offer from good restaurants, a welcoming downtown area with great shops and a local feel. This is undoubtedly our top choice for any time we are in the Mystic/Groton area and cannot recommend enough.

We booked a last minute getaway to Ellen’s place for some recharging before the new year. The place was cozy, clean and comfortable and had everything our family of 6 (2 parents, 3 kids, 1 pup) needed. The location is great - super convenient to everything Mystic has to offer. Ellen is a kind and helpful host. Lovely stay all around!
