The apartment looked like the pictures, but there needs to be improvements for a long stay, especially during the summer months. In particular, there needs to be more than one air conditioner that works properly. I had to purchase three fans to cool down the apartment to make it barley livable in the summer heat. There are also many improvements that need to be made to the kitchen: proper utensils, an updated oven (ours barely worked); a new fridge (this one blared an alarm for no reason). In addition, we stayed for three months, but the place was only cleaned once -- and, by request, because we received it in such poor shape initially. We spent a lot of money buying cleaning products, repairing the shower heads, wiping everything down, etc. The place seems like it had not been cleaned since before the pandemic, especially the shower, which was full of stains and didn't drain water -- either in the shower basin or in the sink. We had to request for a plumber to help, because the water was overflowing throughout the bathroom after only turning on the shower for five minutes or so. Many of these issues were dealt with on the surface by the host's representative, Mehmet. If you are an English speaking visitor, please be aware that communication is often difficult and it will take patience and repeated messages to get things moving. Also, the upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy for the first two weeks of our stay. When we told Mehmet about the loudness, he told the neighbors and they were much quieter after that. The location is very safe, but there was a lot of construction. Our whole stay, there was a building being built across from us and the dust and noise were constantly around us. It would be a very nice place if they did some updates on the kitchen, bathroom, and air conditioner. I would also avoid summer months, and advise the management to offer weekly cleaning for tenants saying longer than a week.

Very clean and a lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. Mehmet is a great host and always a call away when you need him. The neighborhood is very conveniently located with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. Had a great stay and will be back for sure! :)

Everything was PERFECT! It's the second floor of the apartment and it's located in a good place. Everything is in touch in the neighborhood that makes it much easier to cover the needs. The flat was all clean, with a lot of amenities. Mehmet is a wonderful and polite host, he helped me with my questions respectfully. This flat made this trip very pleasant for me. So, thank you Mehmet. In overall, I would highly recommend it.
