Birdsong Barn is easily the most beautiful rental I've stayed in. The renter goes above and beyond with tons of books, DvDs, and even bath bombs available for the bathtub. I had to reschedule my stay a few times due to health reasons, and the renter was extremely gracious and responsive. I hope to stay here again soon!

The house is amazing. It had just the rustic feel we were looking for. There isn’t another house in sight. My wife and I were enjoying the place so much we added another day while we were there.

We really enjoyed the stay. The description was accurate and we felt right and home. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Brown County. I must note two things we didn’t love. First there were no curtains or window treatments of any kind. I would recommend something on the windows of the two bedrooms. I’d also recommend something on the front door. We were four women traveling and felt slightly uncomfortable that anyone could look through front door and see the entire barn. My other concern was regarding the ladybugs in the sofa sleeper. There were a lot and some were still alive. The lady that was going to sleep there slept on the sofa instead. She just didn’t feel comfortable.

It's an unique experience of staying in a converted barn. Eric did an excellent job in the space. The house maintains the authenticity yet equipped with modern amenities. My family had a great time here. It's is also a close drive to the Brown County State Park. We came here for the park and wanted to avoid the busy downtown crowd. The location works perfect for us.
