Keith's place provided some thoughtful touches many places do not: every bedroom had a bedside table on BOTH sides of the bed. Both bathrooms provided ample space above the sink for personal use items. The beds were so comfortable, everyone in our group reported sleeping better than we usually do away from home.

Keith was wonderful. The house was very clean. Loved the back patio and fire pit, super nice that fire wood was provided. Pool table and foosball table were super fun, kids loved it. Sweet little outdoor kitty hung out with us. Sad to find out the hot tub was not working, Keith did his best to get it going and there wasn't much more that could be done before our stay, he did call me ahead to let me know. Hot water is super hot (careful if you have little ones) and the garbage disposal isn't working. Overall super comfortable place to stop on our way to the eclipse camping. Bed was extra comfy. We also left a jacket in the house and they reached out right away, so we could go back and grab it before we were too far.

This was perfect for what we needed. Several family members gathered for a funeral, and this worked great. Only complaint would be the dogs across the street yapping, and a couple of things being empty Fabreeze, trash bags, etc. Other than that perfect. Clean plenty of room Keith even worked with us on a late check out. Great place.

The listing was very accurate. The pool table was great. The beds were fairly comfortable. The kitchen had lots of dishes. The neighborhood dogs were a little noisy occasionally, but it was very peaceful otherwise. The next time I visit West Frankfort, I hope to stay here again.
