We stayed for 4 nights and found the location to be fantastic. However, we did encounter several issues during our stay. Firstly, there was a lack of basic supplies like hand soap and toilet paper. Additionally, the furniture seemed a bit dated, and we noticed that the couch and bedsheets were not as clean as we would have expected. We even had to use detergent to wash the bed sheets ourselves to remove oil and hairs. What was disappointing was the host’s service team’s response to our requests. They were not only unhelpful but also quite restricted and rude in their replies. Despite our efforts to communicate our concerns, they did not provide the assistance we needed. Furthermore, the balcony was also neglected and not clean, and we were disappointed to find that the outdoor chairs were broken, making it impossible for us to enjoy the space as we had hoped.

First off this place was beautiful. Had great ocean views from front balcony and lake views from back balcony. Very close proximity to public beach. It’s across the street and the beach was not crowded. The unit was clean and ready for us at early checkin 12pm. **Update the TVs have been updated to modern day smart TVs. The beds were very comfortable and pillows too. Pool is close by too. Limited number of towels. Over stove vent does not work…We cooked every meal and it would have been nice to have it working. Sample size dish soap, one toilet paper roll per restroom, one roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags so basically limited toiletries so be prepared and bring your own. Lots of broken blinds and absolutely no blind or covering on main entrance door. That felt a little uncomfortable but other than that pleasant overall stay. Balcony needs some maintenance too cracked tiles and broken table. Would book this again. Small details that did not ruin our trip. We had such a great time.

Are you looking for a place with all the conveniences of home? This place is NOT it. First, Southern Vacation Rentals did a great responding on they’re text line the have with a few small issues (keypad was so badly worn out one of the numbers stopped working) so for them they did a great job. The issue with this place is the place. With zero updates being done since it was built it’s looking very beat up, the duct tape on the blinds was a nice touch. Rainy day? Grab the wife and kids and head to the living room where you’ll find a VHS and DVD player that accompanies a severely outdated 30inch TV, I was kinda shocked by this considering tech now. Yes that’s right a VHS player, that kinda sums up the place. Kinda dirty but not dirty enough to say anything because the location is fantastic, pool is also very nice. Beds were better than expected, bathrooms were outdated just like the VHS player. To sum it up, this place has a great location but has been rented hard and it shows big time.

Great views and location. House extremely dated and moldy. Cabinet doors falling apart and furniture was dirty and too many items. Be aware this is a two story villa with this one unit being upstairs and another unit downstairs.
