We enjoyed our stay with Southern Vacation Rentals. Only con was having to buy spices, garbage bags, dish soap, toilet paper. It’s always nice not to have to worry about those things. Locations was beautiful! Room was extremely clean!

We enjoyed our stay at this Condo. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Had some trouble checking in so make sure you have all your codes. Also, make sure you bring all your essentials, including oil, salt, pepper, Kleenex, coffee filters and such. Things that most condos include are not included here. The beach is stunning. The chairs and umbrellas were a very nice touch. The boys in charge of them did a great job and were very nice. It was a little different for us, usually we drive and bring everything we need and if we don't have it,we go get it. Uber's were in short supply and we had to have our groceries delivered. One last thing, 9am checkout. Hope this helps.

This is a nice condo with a spectacular view and great amenities. The host, Southern Vacation Rentals, is unfortunately very hard to get ahold of. They never once answered their phones when I called and blamed it on Covid19 on their pre-recorded message. They only communicate through text message and sometimes it takes multiple hours for a response. The condo had comfortable beds and nice furniture but it could have been a little cleaner. There were items left from previous guests(dirty socks) and the unit could have used a deep clean(base boards and such). Overall it was still a good experience and would recommend to others as long as they can overlook some of the previously mentioned issues.
