Hi Bilbao is the perfect place to stay when visiting Bilbao! I cannot recommend it enough! LOCATION - The apts are located just across the river a short walk to the Guggenheim, the old town and downtown Bilbao and all it has to offer. Even though it is well located the street seemed quiet throughout the stay making for a cozy and quiet charm while in the heart of everything. STAFF - Iciar and staff were very responsive to questions and anything that popped up during our stay. As an example we showed up on a rainy day and they had umbrellas available for borrowing in the hallway. ROOM - the room was so well thought out and comfortable. It had enough kitchen amenities to cook a meal or reheat one as needed. The windows blinds closed to make the room super dark and quiet for sleeping, so much so that we found ourselves sleeping in and having breakfast in the room a couple days during our stay. Little simple touches were done right like the lighting, large bath towels. THANKS!!!
