Pros: - Quiet - Very clean - The kitchen is well equipped which is the best in my Switzerland trip Cons: - The view of Matterhorn was blocked by a tower crane, which is located in the opposite street in front of our building. Felt disappointed as it didn't mention in description and we came for it. - The reception of office is not open 9:00-17:00 as mentioned. Sometimes Judith was only there at 9:00-11:00 which is not convenient to approach her when need help. - No self check-in information. If you would arrive there at night/ after 17:00, then their office is closed. You got no idea where to get the key. So i just called Judith but her attitude is like blaming you. (We called at 23:00 due to traffic problem.)

Apartment very well located for skiers! With a superb view of the Matterhorn. The apartment is very well equipped and little attentions from Judith, much appreciated. If we have to go back to Zermatt, we will definitely come back to Judith. Thanks a lot
