这是一间非常值得推荐的公寓。用中国话来说就是麻雀虽小，五脏俱全。家具很全，很干净，离主要景点近。关键是所在街区安静，安全，晚上11点回来都没有问题。这次体验让我感受到了不一样的巴黎，值得推荐！

A rare find! Great location, walkable to everything. Edgar is very responsive and accommodating to allow us a late check out. The pull out couch bed was surprisingly comfortable. Thank you Edgar. We will be back.

Edgar and Edgar were very responsive in communicating with us leading up to and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay and would plan to stay here again in the future. The unit was tidy and we'll equiped for everything we needed for our stay. The unit is on the 3rd floor (4th floor for North Americans) so you will have to traverse the stairs, there is no elevator. The location is perfect with Rue Montorgueil right at your doorstep with it's many cafes, boulangeries, brasseries and shops. It is also conveniently located about a 10 min walk to Chatelet-Les Halle's station, which is the last stop on the RER B train if you are arriving at CDG. Also, it is about a 15-20 min walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame (also for the hop on hop off bus stops). We were a family of 2 adults, 1 teenager and child and it was comfortable, but would be tight for a family any larger than that. Enjoyed our time. Easy to travel around Paris using the metro and an easy transfer to CDG via Châtelet–Les-Halles. Walkable to the Louvre etc. Great food shops and Restaurants nearby. Friendly host, clean and pleasant apartment.
