I stayed at Tim’s place for 2.5 months and throughout the whole stay if I needed anything Tim was able to help take care of it. For once person it was the perfect size and you were close to downtown but you were in a nice secluded area. Everything you needed was nearby and I really loved my stay there.

My son stayed here for over 5 weeks & it was great. Communication and flexibility were excellent and Tim was very accommodating. The place is clean, in a great location, quiet and private. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be near Nashville! 5 stars!
