Zu viert haben wir im April 11 Tage in dem Haus verbracht, welches sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend befindet. Das Haus ist gut gepflegt und komplett ausgestattet, alles Notwendige ist auch in der Küche vorhanden. In der Garage befinden sich drei Fahrräder, Strandstühle und Poolspielzeug für Kinder. Bade- und Strandhandtücher sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Hinweise in dem "Hausbuch" für Restaurants und Strände sind sehr hilfreich. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Strand in Boca Grande, Gasparilla, ca. 25 Autominuten entfernt. Die Fahrt dorthin lohnt sich , die Insel ist wirklich traumhaft und selbst am Wochenende waren dort nur wenige Gäste. Wir haben uns in dem Haus gut erholt und die Tage genossen.

Scott and Lisa’s home felt like home to all of us. The neighborhood is quiet & friendly people. Everything you need is within 1 to 4 miles. We can only hope to rent again in the future.

The house was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The pool area felt private as well. We did ride bikes a little around the area and loved it so much we not only will be back but would like to buy our own house in the neighborhood.

Scott and Lisa have gone above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible stay! Great neighborhood and just minutes from restaurants, shopping and a short drive to the beach. Lots of suggestions from the owners as well as the previous guests for food and entertainment options. The pool was warm and crystal clear and there were plenty of pool floats/toys to use. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities you'll need for your stay are provided. We spent a relaxing week enjoying the Florida sun and would definitely return to one of Scott and Lisa's properties!
