Ah, what to tell about this place... words can not describe Botanica lodge, it is truly a paradise garden. So many trees and plants, birds that you never heard of, hummingbirds, robot birds (we do not know the name of it, only that it sounds like robot), butterflies flying around, huge snails eating peacefully their lunch, small lizards eating bugs and flys, I even saw one night a glowing worm, I mean come on... where can you even see a glowing worm except in magical places like this one. People working there are so friendly, team lead Helen is making the most delicious breakfast in the world (my friend Maja even dreamt it one night, it is so delicious). Everything is so clean, bungalows are being cleaned almost every day which in my notebook is always a huge plus. We fell in love with this place and we want to come back again and again and again... Peppe, Helen, Juma, Katherine and other guys - we love you so much and thank you for everything, we will never forget you. :*****

The place was just spectacular. You’re living in a gorgeous garden with the nicest and friendliest staff. Giuseppe took us on a tour of the town when we got there, introduced us to locals and gave us tips on what to do, which were super helpful!

A little paradise! Definitely worth the money! A little hot, cause the AC wasn’t working well and also the beach was a bit far (around 15 min walking) but everyone was suuuupper friendly and the place itself is just amazing 🌞

Il Botanica Eco Lodge è un posto incredibile dove abbiamo avuto la fortuna di passare 3 giorni incredibilmente rilassanti dopo un duro safari. Ci è piaciuta non solo l’accoglienza dell’Host Beppe ma anche la professionalità del suo staff. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, dettaglio molto importante per degli italiani come noi. All’interno di un vero e proprio giardino botanico è possibile rilassarsi a bordo piscina oppure leggere un libro dondolandosi in una amaca. È facilissimo raggiungere le spiagge adiacenti, dei paradisi con pochissimi turisti. Riassumendo: non volevamo più andare via. L’ho già consigliato ai miei amici, speriamo di tornarci.

Such a well curated space. The staff was amazing (most spesifically Fatuma and Juma) and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, we will definitely be recommending your place to more people and if we come back to Michamvi anytime soon we will make sure Botanica is one of our stays
