several messages went unanswered by host. I also had to follow up to receive the welcome letter before the stay.

There were 6 adults and 4 kids (age 4-10). There was plenty of space, seating was plentiful, the pool was great, and shaded outdoor seating was especially nice. We had a great time. Some nice appliances and features in the house. Drip coffee maker and a Keurig, nice shower in master bedroom, children's bunkroom worked out great. We would stay here again.

The house was beautiful, a little more worn than the pictures show, but still very nice. We did not have all the items that were listed- shampoo, conditioner, bodywash- and there were only 1 towel per person, 1 hand towel per bathroom, and 1 washcloth in the whole house (there were 12 of us). We also ran out of toilet paper. We did reach out and by the 3rd day we had shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/toilet paper and more towels, but still no extra washcloths. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable.

This home was exactly as described, clean and perfectly accommodated our family of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together as well as spread out for sleeping and quiet time. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking. It was just a short walk to the park where the grandkids played on the swing sets and slides. Jay was very responsive the couple of times we reached out with questions. If we are in Pompano again, we would definitely stay here.

Jay really took care of us from being to end. Very helpful, very responsive and listened to our special needs And moved quickly to help us when need be.
